- Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
- Ecom Express will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our customer support to arrange for re-delivery or to address any issues.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with Ecom Express to resolve the issue promptly.
